A friend of mine just sent me this movie about the newest fad in Japan, panty pulling.
Evidentily what it comes down to is running up to total strangers and pulling down their panties. While you have to be deranged to do it, this shit is seriously funny!
Looks like the japanese have beat the rest of us again when it comes to the most fucked up humor on the planet
